- Without unboxing videos, the seller has the right to refuse any complaints.

 

Replacement:

-If the buyer wants to replace the items but there's no damage upon arrival, the buyer agrees to pay 50% the price of the item + shipping cost.

- The buyer agreed to demolish the items when the seller agreed to replace the items.

 

Refund:

• Buyers will be refunded if items are not properly described, incorrectly materials or broken while shipping.
• When the seller agreed to refund, the buyer agreed to demolish the items.
• If the goods are broken while shipping, refund only to goods price, does not include the shipping cost.
